Art Center Hugo Voeten in Herentals, with its industrial architecture revealing its past as a grain factory, offers 3 magnificent event spaces for up to 150 people: the Silo space, the sunlit Penthouse, and the intimate Christozaal. Hugo Voeten's Sculpture Garden in Geel is a green oasis spanning 15 hectares, where nature and art harmoniously coexist. Here, you can admire over three hundred sculptures from Hugo Voeten's impressive art collection. The Sculpture Garden provides a perfect setting for large-scale outdoor corporate events. Additionally, there's the exclusive meeting venue Villa Hazenhout, nestled within the Sculpture Garden.

Art Center Hugo Voeten in Herentals biedt 3 prachtruimtes voor events tot 150 personen: de ruimte Silo, de zonovergoten Penthouse en de intieme Christozaal. De Silo (2.000 euro per dagdeel) heeft een capaciteit van 150 personen in theaterstijl, 125 personen voor een receptie en 100 personen voor een zittend diner. De Penthouse (1.000 euro per dagdeel) kan 75 personen verwelkomen voor een receptie en 50 personen voor een zittend event. Verder is er ook nog de Christozaal (vanaf 500 euro) voor vergaderingen tot max. 12 personen.
Beeldentuin Hugo Voeten in Geel is een groene oase van maar liefst 15 hectare groot. Verscholen in Beeldentuin Hugo Voeten ligt Villa Hazenhout. Een prachtlocatie voor een zakelijk diner of lunch (500 euro per dagdeel).
Met een centrale locatie in het groene hart van de Antwerpse Kempen zijn het Art Center en Beeldentuin Hugo Voeten zeer goed bereikbaar met de auto en heeft u ter plaatse voldoende parkeergelegenheid. Daarnaast is het ook makkelijk bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer en zijn er verschillende bus- en treinstations in de buurt.

Yes, there is parking available on the premises of Art Center Hugo Voeten. For large gatherings, our parking steward ensures smooth traffic flow and organization. Upon request and subject to availability, we can also arrange additional parking spaces at a nearby company. Moreover, street parking in Vennen is always an option.
Our preferred catering partners are happy to assist you. They know us well and we highly recommend them. We charge them a 15% commission on food and drinks. Prefer to work with your own caterer? No problem, but then we charge a 25% commission on food and drinks with a minimum of 250 euros. Moreover, we have suitable spaces where they can do their work. If you prefer not to lose time and opt for a simple setup, check which appropriate in-house formulas are available at the time of your event.
Yes, the Penthouse at Art Center Hugo Voeten in Herentals offers a beautiful and bright space within a sleek white frame, and in good weather, you can also make use of the adjoining rooftop terrace.
Our rental prices are per half-day session of 6 hours, starting from the setup of your event and ending after the breakdown. The rental for the SILO is 2,000 euros per half-day (6 hours), and the rental for the PENTHOUSE is 1,000 euros per half-day (6 hours). During this period, you have exclusive and private use of the entire rented space. For each extra started hour earlier/later, a supplement of 250 euros per hour applies. Renting multiple consecutive half-day sessions is possible. General facilities such as a welcome desk, cloakroom with coat racks, toilets, elevator use, etc., are included if applicable.
Art Center Hugo Voeten is comfortably equipped and caters to various business needs. Wi-Fi is available. Upon request, we provide a projection screen on a tripod, a basic projector, speakers, and a wireless microphone free of charge. You should always provide your own playback equipment (smartphone, computer, tablet, etc.). Also, remember to bring the right cables, connectors, and switches to connect your devices. For special audio, video, and other technological needs, you can rely on our partner SND Projects.
We offer up to 100 simple chairs for rent at 2 euros each. We will set them up in the arrangement agreed upon in advance (e.g., theater, square, U-shape, classroom, cabaret setup, etc.). Note: Art Center Hugo Voeten does not have tables and/or specialized furniture such as sofas, bars, meeting chairs, etc. If you require and need this type of furniture for your event, you should contact the caterer or a rental company to arrange this for you.
For a classic guided tour, there is a surcharge of 100 euros per guide, who can take up to 15 people. Multiple guides can be engaged in parallel, and the duration of the guided tour is determined by mutual agreement.
The rental of Villa Hazenhout is 500 euros per half-day session (6 hours). During this period, you have exclusive and private use of the entire space. For each extra hour started earlier or later, a supplement of 250 euros per hour is charged. Renting multiple consecutive half-day sessions is possible. Rental prices are calculated from the arrival to the departure of the guests. The collection manager is typically the hostess who ensures everything runs smoothly and is available to provide explanations about the artworks, collection, and collector in between.
