A special moment deserves a special place. Amid the vast polders, close to the Belgian coast, lies Restaurant Willem Hiele: a setting where tranquility, architecture, and nature enhance one another.
The brutalist building from 1968 provides a powerful backdrop for gatherings that aspire to be more than a standard event. Restaurant Willem Hiele is not a conventional event venue, but a place where fine dining, nature, and architecture merge into one complete experience.
Indoors, we welcome groups of up to 50 guests, with a private room available for meetings of up to 20 people. Outside, an eight-hectare estate unfolds — an exceptional setting offering countless possibilities for outdoor dinners, receptions, or walking dinners. The surroundings allow complete freedom in layout, pace, and interpretation, always in harmony with the landscape.
Willem Hiele’s cuisine forms the heart of every gathering. Intuitive, seasonal, and deeply rooted in sea and polder. Each dish is built around what the land and the North Sea have to offer at that very moment: pure, refined, and without excess.
